Drinktime: Dancing Camel Pub
Tel Aviv has many options when it comes to pubs, bars, and other drinking establishments. Some have a small, quaint, and relaxed atmosphere. Others are loud, boisterous, and are crowded with inebriated patrons dancing on the tables. The quest to find a pub that brews their own beer in a city with a variety of bar options might seem extremely difficult. This however is not the case. For beer aficionados, Dancing Camel Pub on Menachem Begin St or Vital St in Florentin are two places for you to investigate if you are a beer lover in Tel Aviv. I usually go to the Florentin Pub due to the fact that I live closer to it and it is easier for me to get to. The dim lighting, great music, and of course the amazing home brewed beers make it a great place to hang out for the night or stop for a drink on bar crawl. What separates Dancing Camel from all other bars in Tel Aviv is that they acutally brew their own beer. They do not rely up on the typical beers such as Goldstar, Carlsberg, Tuborg, and Heineken as other bars do for their beer selection. Dancing Camel brews a wide variety of beers that include stouts, hefeweizens, IPA's, dark lagers, and pale ales to name a few. They even have a beer brewed with chili peppers called the Leche de Diablo which is very unique. For those drinkers that are not beer fans, Dancing Camel offers a full bar so you may drink what ever you desire. Dancing Camel also offers beer cocktails like Shandies and Black and Tans for instance. For a fantastic night out with fantastic beers, Dancing Camel is the pub for you. Their beers are phenomenal and the atmosphere is very relaxed so a great night is inevitable. Next time you are planning a night out in Tel Aviv, please make sure Dancing Camel is on your list of places to check out. You will regret it if you do not check it out. Enjoy!
