stir fried noodles

I love it when I can but a meal together with very few ingredients. This stir fried noodle dish is an example of having a few essentials and making a delicious and easy meal.

Ingredients
sliced carrots
sliced cabbage
minced garlic
sesame oil
sesame seeds
olive oil
chopped salami
chinese egg noodles
teriyaki sauce
sriracha sauce

Method:
In a pot of boiling water cook the noodles until they are cooked. Then drain the noodles and rinse with cold water to stop the cooking process. Place the strained noodles in a bowl and set aside for adding to the stir fry. Add the sesame and olive oil to a pan for stir-frying. Add the carrots and cook for two minutes. Then add the cabbage and cook for another two minutes. After adding the cabbage, the chopped salami should be added. Cook the salami until slightly cripsy, this is when you should add the minced garlic and sesame seeds. Cook for two minutes and then add the teriyaki sauce, sriracha sauce, and the noodles. Cook the mixture until the sauce is thoroughly mixed with the vegetables and the noodles. At the end add some sesame oil but not that much. Its a delicious meal made ingredients I had on hand, you can make it the way you like it. Hope you try it soon, its very delicious to make your own stir fried noodles at home. Much cheaper than take out by the way. Enjoy!
